The goal of this blog is to highlight the many dedicated people that I have met, throughout the world, who are making a difference. I have been very privileged to travel extensively and to meet and work with some truly remarkable people. They are doing their own thing, often without recognition or reward, "below the radar screen" of big development and aid agencies. I want to spread the word, let others know what these wonderful people are doing and, if so inclined, make contact with them and support their efforts. So, even if I haven't told them directly, these people have truly impressed me with what they're doing. My hat is off to them.
